Bitumen dumbbells 4-in-1
The Lion 45 set can be used in four configurations - as a classic barbell, single dumbbells, kettlebells and dumbbells connected by a link. Two sets of plates and connecting pieces allow you to set the griffin in a narrower or wider grip, so you can adjust the exercises for different muscle parts.
