Nokian 235/35R20 HAKKEPLIITTA R5 EV 92T XL

Nokian Tyres Hakkapeliitta R5 EV. FEATURES AND BENEFITS: Winter weather traction; Enhanced controllability; Fuel-efficient performance; Quiet driving experience. OVERVIEW: The Nokian Tyres Hakkapeliitta R5 EV is a touring, winter tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs. This tire is suitable for electric vehicles. The ideal tread design and the winter compound improve winter traction. In this manner, the special tread pattern can easily maintain the road surface in the winter season, while the compound keeps the rubber pliable in freezing conditions. As a result, these elements can boost the performance on ice- and snow-covered roads. Also, the tire sports wide grooves which prevent hydroplaning. They eliminate water and slush from the footprint and offer a safe driving experience. The directional tread pattern and its continuous road contact boost steering responsiveness and driving stability. It means that the steering response time is faster and more precise to the driver's commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. Large elements and their strong grip upgrade cornering. All these elements enable the tire to increase its controllability and maneuvering, which gives the driver full control over the vehicle. The model also offers a fuel-efficient performance. The directional tread pattern and the special rubber compound reduce the rolling resistance, which is the pressure that determines how much fuel intake the vehicle needs to keep the tires in motion. This low rolling resistance decreases fuel consumption and offers an environmentally friendly driving experience. The Nokian Tyres Hakkapeliitta R5 EV also guarantees a quiet and comfortable drive. The special SilentDrive technology reduces the road and tread noise levels heard in the vehicle's cabin. As noise can't ruin the passengers' enjoyment, it promotes high driving comfort levels.Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
