Hankook 235/60R18 VENTUS PRIME2 K115 103V

Hankook Ventus Prime2. FEATURES AND BENEFITS: Summer weather traction; High speed performance; Enhanced controllability. OVERVIEW: The Hankook Ventus Prime2 is a performance and high performance, depending on the speed rating of the specific tire shape, summer tire manufactured for passenger vehicles and SUVs.The tire promotes excellent summer weather traction. The asymmetric tread pattern and the summer weather compound improve the grip on dry and wet weather. The special summer compound offers excellent rubber flexibility in hot weather, actively preventing heat build-up along the tread area. The special triple radius tread profile improves the wet weather traction. It features three different tread areas, a combination which enhances the tire's gripping capability in wet conditions. This combined with the tire's excellent hydroplaning resistance improves the tire's summer weather driving safety. The asymmetric tread design upgrades the model's controllability. The asymmetric tread pattern's continuous center ribs maintain the tire's contact with the road surface at all times. In this manner, the tire increases its steering responsiveness and driving stability. The constant road contact boosts the steering response time and precision, while it also stabilizes the structure against the driving pressure affecting the model. The larger shoulder tread area with the optimal block design increases the cornering capability and power. The tread upgrades the number of biting edges gripping the road surface throughout the tire's lifetime, which enhances the cornering and maneuvering capability and power. The Ventus Prime2 ensures excellent high speed performance. The asymmetric pattern features a bionic design with jaguar tooth shaped notched on the ribs. These significantly enhance the tire's grip on the road surface, even during its high speed performance. They firmly grip the road surface to guarantee the tire's constant contact with the road surface. The summer weather compound prevents heat from building up on the tire's surface, which improves the high speed performance by easing the driving pressure off the tire. In this manner, the tire ensures a secure high speed driving experience in summer weather conditions.Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
