The modular cordless high-frequency concrete vibrator of the Bosch PRO GDI series (models PRO GDI38-500, PRO GDI50-500 and PRO GDI59-500) is the professional cable-free solution for efficient compaction of fresh cast-in-place concrete and reliable removal of air bubbles. The innovative design with the motor integrated directly into the head eliminates the need for external inverters and reduces the risk of tripping over cables on site. The system delivers stable performance with a frequency of up to 11,600 vibrations per minute unloaded (over 10,600 vibrations per minute under load) and an amplified centrifugal force of up to 3,000 N, ensuring high strength of the resulting concrete structures. With a long 5m hose, this vibrator is ideally suited for demanding vertical applications such as concrete pouring of structural walls, piers or columns. It uses a separate PRO GPU18V2DI drive unit with haptic feedback for operation.
