Second generation designed for energy-efficient operation
The EVOLVEO StrongVision PRO WiFi II is the second generation of our WiFi trail camera, building on a proven concept while delivering significant technical improvements. At its core is a new, modern chipset that ensures faster response times, more stable operation, and, above all, lower power consumption compared to the previous generation. In practice, this will be appreciated, for example, by hunters monitoring feeding stations, bait sites, or game trails, where the camera trap often operates for weeks on end without daily checks. It’s equally useful for monitoring a cabin, garden, woodpile, or remote property where you need to reliably capture the movement of people, animals, or vehicles. The Wi-Fi version is the ideal choice for users who want to operate the trail camera without a SIM card, data charges, or complicated mobile network setup. It’s suitable for any location you visit regularly in person—such as a hunting blind, a forest trail, your garden, your garage, or a vacation home. When you arrive at the camera, simply connect with your cell phone and download the recordings right on the spot.
Direct connection without the internet thanks to the EVOLVEO WiFi app
The EVOLVEO StrongVision PRO WiFi II trail camera uses the EVOLVEO WiFi mobile app, which is designed for a direct local connection to the camera. The camera has Bluetooth constantly enabled, which the app uses to easily set up its own WiFi access point. Your phone then connects directly to the camera, without needing the internet, a router, or mobile data. This is useful, for example, in the woods, in a meadow, by a pond, or at a remote cabin where a stable internet connection isn’t available, but you still want convenient access to your captured footage. The app offers Live View, the ability to browse and download captured photos and videos, delete recordings, or adjust device settings. This allows a hunter to check right at the installed camera trap whether it is properly aimed at a game trail or feeding area. Cabin owners, in turn, can easily verify whether the camera is pointing at the driveway, gate, door, or the area in front of the garage. Thanks to the live view, there’s no need to take test shots blindly or repeatedly open the camera.
A major advantage of this solution is that the trail camera can be permanently installed, eliminating the need to remove it from a tree, post, or protective housing every time you check it. Simply approach it from about 15–20 meters away, connect via the app, and download the recordings directly to your phone. In practice, this saves both time and effort—for example, when regularly checking multiple trail cameras in a hunting area or during a quick weekend visit to a cabin.
High resolution for detailed images day and night
The camera trap takes photos at up to 36 MP resolution, so it can capture enough detail for general wildlife monitoring and property protection. For hunting purposes, it helps you better identify the type of game, its number, direction of movement, or the time when it regularly appears in a given location. For property protection, it allows you to capture detailed close-ups of people, vehicles, and license plates, as well as movement at the property entrance.
Night vision with 940 nm IR illumination has a range of up to 25 meters and is designed not to unnecessarily disturb the surroundings. This is particularly important when monitoring shy wildlife, which might react to visible light by changing its behavior. Similarly, the unobtrusive night illumination is an advantage when securing cabins, warehouses, or yards where you do not want to draw unnecessary attention to the camera.
Versatile Use and Original EVOLVEO Accessories
The EVOLVEO StrongVision PRO WiFi II is suitable for monitoring properties, gardens, cabins, warehouses, yards, or other locations within the user’s reach. In hunting, it can be used, for example, near feeding stations, watering holes, bait sites, forest trails, or fields where wildlife regularly passes through. In home and business settings, it can help monitor driveways, gates, property entrances, material storage areas, construction sites, or parked equipment.
Thanks to its compatibility with original EVOLVEO accessories, the camera easily adapts to various installation conditions. For mechanical protection, the EVOLVEO StrongVision MB2 metal enclosure is available to help protect the camera trap, for example, in areas with a higher risk of damage or theft, or when installed along publicly accessible roads. To expand power options, you can use the EVOLVEO StrongVision PWRC power cable, and for long-term operation without frequent maintenance, the EVOLVEO StrongVision SP1 solar panel with an integrated battery.
The package includes a replaceable EVOLVEO StrongVision BAT2 V2 Li-Ion battery, which can be easily removed and charged separately from the camera trap. Simply swap the battery for a charged one, and the camera can continue operating.
Efficient Power Supply and Longer Battery Life
Thanks to a new chipset and optimized power management, the PRO WiFi II model offers significantly better energy efficiency than its predecessor. This is especially important during long-term monitoring, when the camera spends most of its time in standby mode waiting for motion. For example, it can be deployed in a hunting area for the entire duration of wildlife monitoring in a specific location, or at a cabin during the workweek when the owner does not visit the property regularly. The EVOLVEO StrongVision BAT2 battery, with a capacity of 10,000 mAh, features an integrated USB-C port and a DC jack, allowing for convenient charging even when the camera is not in use. This is particularly practical in winter, when you don’t want to handle the camera unnecessarily in the field, or when operating multiple trail cameras, where you can keep spare, fully charged batteries on hand. The ability to quickly swap out the battery without disassembling the device enhances convenience during both regular and seasonal use.
For locations where the camera is intended to operate for extended periods without frequent checks, you can also use an external power source or the EVOLVEO StrongVision SP1 solar panel. This is suitable, for example, for a remote cabin, a fenced-in property, a lumber yard, an apiary, or a permanent hunting blind, where you want to minimize the number of visits required to replace the battery.
