Creative DIY Soap Making Kit – Colorful and Scented Soaps

Make your own soaps from scratch! The Make Your Own Soap kit allows children to prepare colorful and scented soaps at home. They can choose the color, add fragrance, mix the ingredients, pour the mixture into a mold and watch the liquid soap turn into a finished shape.

The set includes 2 clear soap bases, 2 colorants, fragrance, 2 molds and accessories for mixing and measuring . This makes it possible to create several different soap versions and experiment with combining colors.

Make your own colorful soaps

The included molds allow children to create soaps in decorative shapes, including a butterfly and a heart . The colorants can be used separately or mixed together to create a new shade. A few drops of the included fragrance give the soap a pleasant scent.

Preparation involves: melting the soap base, adding fragrance and the selected color, mixing everything thoroughly and pouring the mixture into the mold. Once cooled, the finished soap can be gently removed.

The activity combines learning, experimenting, measuring, mixing and creating your own color combinations.

How to make the soap

1. Place approx. 50 g of clear soap base into the measuring cup.
2. Heat the base according to the instructions – this step should be carried out under adult supervision.
3. Add a few drops of fragrance.
4. Add 2–3 drops of the selected colorant or combine both colors.
5. Mix the ingredients and pour the mixture into the mold.
6. Leave it to cool completely, then remove the finished soap from the mold.

Safety information

Preparing the soap requires heating the base, so this step should only be carried out under adult supervision. The manufacturer also recommends using protective gloves when handling the heated mixture. The ingredients included in the set are not intended for consumption.
