Dual measurement and safety Each probe contains two sensors - an internal temperature sensor at the tip to measure the temperature of the meat, and an ambient temperature sensor towards the ceramic end to check the temperature of the grill or oven. If the maximum temperature is exceeded (100 °C for internal or 300 °C for ambient), an overheating warning is activated. Energy saving mode The base display automatically dims after 5 minutes of inactivity, one touch of a button to restore normal brightness.
