The PronamelPlus enamelled inner surface is non-stick, highly resistant to abrasion and cracking, and as it does not burn food, it is also very low maintenance. The solid side handles make it easy to handle and serve. The cast iron ensures fast and even heat distribution over the entire surface of the pan, resulting in perfectly cooked food. The temperature is maintained long after the cooking process is finished and the food inside stays warm for a long time.

This also makes the baking dish very suitable for direct serving of the finished dishes on the table. The lid is also cast iron and has a sufficiently large, elegant stainless steel handle. The evaporated juices are returned to the food being prepared, resulting in a deliciously juicy and crispy dish. This "aromatic rain" prevents the food being prepared from drying out, cooks it gently and enhances its natural flavour.
