The SUNSUN CPF-5000 is a compact pressure filter designed for small ponds, decorative ponds, and fish tanks where maintaining clean and clear water is essential. The unit is equipped with an 11W UV-C lamp that helps reduce the growth of algae responsible for green water. The model supports a flow rate of up to 9,000 l/h, has a filter chamber capacity of 20 liters, and is compatible with hoses with diameters of 20, 25, 32, and 38 mm. The filter is designed for fish ponds with a capacity of up to 4 m³ and decorative ponds without fish with a capacity of up to 8 m³, providing effective mechanical, biological, and UV-C filtration in a single unit.

Multi-stage filtration for better water quality

The CPF-5000 filter combines mechanical and biological filtration, effectively removing contaminants from the water. The filter cartridges trap fine suspended particles, sediments, and organic debris that could otherwise reduce water clarity. At the same time, they provide a habitat for beneficial bacteria responsible for the natural decomposition of organic compounds. This makes it easier to maintain the biological balance in the pond and create suitable conditions for fish and plants.

The 11W UV-C lamp helps combat green water

The built-in 11W UV-C sterilizer supports the filter’s operation by limiting the growth of algae floating in the water column. Ultraviolet radiation causes the algae to clump together into larger clusters, which are then captured by the filtration system. This allows the water to maintain better clarity, and the problem of green water is reduced. The combination of a UV-C lamp with mechanical and biological filtration achieves a more comprehensive purification effect than using individual methods alone.

Convenient operation and aesthetic installation

The filter’s pressurized design allows it to be partially concealed along the edge of the pond, helping to maintain the garden’s aesthetic appeal. The model is equipped with a practical filter cartridge cleaning system and a clogging indicator, which facilitates monitoring of the unit’s operation. The purified water can be pumped to small cascades, streams, or other decorative elements located above the filter level.
