I bought this scooter directly from Varle. And it appeared that it was damaged. The Service department (in Vilnius, Ukmergės g) refused to give me back money, and did not give me the option to swap on the same scooter (they have 3 more in the warehouse according to the website ). They took it from me for 2-6 week for repair. As a result, I have no scooter and no money. The customer service keeps silent for the second day and does not reply to emails (maybe they will answer later). Pliusai: Sellers in the shop are very friendly. Minusai: Defective product and no solution to the problem. The attitude from the service department: it seems if I do not speak Lithuanian I am less human.
