This braking-only brake lever offers the same ergonomic perfection as SHIMANO RX825 DUAL CONTROL LEVER levers, including raised covers with ribbed surface and non-slip brake levers, but does not include electronic shift buttons and offers a lighter and easier 1x adjustment option.

Advanced Di2 Button Features - Shifting Versatility Whether you're using the new BL-RX825-L brake lever or sticking with the GRX ST-RX825 DUAL CONTROL lever pair, Shimano's 12-speed GRX levers offer a range of shifting options with customizable Di2 buttons and additional switches.
Taking over from previous generations, the GRX RX825 DUAL CONTROL levers feature three Di2 buttons - two buttons are located on the shifters, while the third button is located on the inside of the lever cover. The RX825 levers also allow the use of additional shift buttons that can be placed on the top, bottom or aero bars for additional shifting options. Each Di2 button mentioned above can be assigned a variety of functions, including shifting, controlling compatible lights and bike computers, or can be used as a remote shift button. With this last option, riders can make shift adjustments on the fly without taking their hands off the handlebars.

Riders can choose between 40T or 42T derailleurs and pair them with SHIMANO MICRO SPLINE 10-51T cassettes.
