With a 22kg weighted bike, you can enjoy a super-smooth ride so you hardly even notice you're not on the bike!



The clear display lets you quickly select your training goal, whether it's distance, time, calories or average heart rate. The machine measures this with sensors integrated into the comfortable foam handles. The trainer will also give you an audible alert when your heart rate is higher than the set target heart rate. Interestingly, there is also a Recovery program, which measures your heart rate to see how your recovery is going after a workout.



The resistance of the machine can be infinitely adjusted as needed using the adjustment screw. This also acts as an emergency brake so you don't have to worry about running out of energy. Another advantage is the versatile handles, which allow you to comfortably change the position of your hands at any time during your workout.
