Sits tight on ears at first, but can't feel it after a while. The soundproofing is probably 6/10, however that works for me, because it reduces boyfriends' loud keyboard and shouting with online buddies right next to me, but allows me to be aware of my surroundings. Minusai: Expected it to come with 3,5mm jack, but didn't get it.
