General Measurement Method
1. Turn on the scale
Lightly press the
ON/OFF TARE
button to power on the scale.
Note:
Always use the scale on a stable, flat surface.
After turning on, the display will show startup symbols for about
3 seconds
, then switch to
“0.0 g.”
If
“0.0 g”
does not appear, press and hold the
ON/OFF TARE
button for about
2 seconds
to turn the scale off, then power it on again.
Note:
Do not place any items on the scale while it is powering on.
2. Place the item on the scale
Put the item you want to measure on the
weighing platform
.

Only place items on the platform of the scale.

The
maximum capacity is 2,000 g

If this limit is exceeded, the display will show the
“EEEE”
error message.
3. Turn off the scale after use
Press and hold the
ON/OFF TARE

Measuring with Container Weight Deduction (Tare Function)

4. Add the contents
Add the items to the container. The display will show
only the weight of the contents

5. Remove the container
If the container and its contents are removed, the display may show a

Brewing Pour-Over Coffee Using the Barista Glass Scale
01 Tum on the scale.
02 Place the server and dripper (with filter paper sot) on the scale.
03 Reset the scale to zero.
04 Add and weigh your coffee.
05 Reset the scale to zero.
06 Start the timer and slowly pour hot water to fully wet the coffee grounds.
07 Allow the coffee grounds to bloom for approximately 30 seconds.
08 Pour the required amount of hot water for your brewing recipe.
09 Total extraction time is approximately 3 minutes.
10 After finishing the brew, tum off the scale to complete the extraction.
