has been designed to operate in demanding and challenging conditions typical of the food service sector. It is ideal for producing high-quality water required for steam generation in combi steam ovens or for steam cooking applications.
Thanks to advanced reverse osmosis technology, BWT bestaqua removes unwanted substances from water, allowing it to evaporate completely while minimizing the risk of corrosion on components that come into contact with water.
