Description The Scheppach HS 720 rocker saw is a professional—yet much safer—alternative to popular circular saws for those who need to cut a truly large amount of wood every year. The machine allows for very fast work in a comfortable, upright position. You place a log, half-log, or board into the feed mechanism, grip it using the handle, and cut the wood by applying light pressure against the saw blade. Thanks to a spring-loaded system, the feed mechanism (cradle) automatically returns to its starting position. The shape and special protrusions on the cradle prevent the logs from rotating during cutting, and the design also allows for a large cutting capacity of 250 mm. Construction Only the best steel materials with high strength and torsional rigidity are used in manufacturing, a professional 700-mm-diameter cutting blade with specially designed teeth for easy cutting even through hard wood, and a top-of-the-line 400-V electric motor with a power output of 4.5 kW.
