Usage: Before use, cleanse your skin with a suitable product, such as a toner. Put the mask on your face. Fasten it so that it fits snugly but doesn’t press uncomfortably. Start LED therapy at the lowest settings to avoid unwanted reactions if you have sensitive skin. Select the LED light color, intensity, and treatment duration , then simply relax and let the mask work. After finishing the treatment, you can apply any moisturizing cream or serum.

The maximum daily usage time is 20 minutes . If you want to try several treatments in one day, wait at least 10 minutes between sessions. The recommended duration of one treatment is 10–20 minutes. Ideally, use the mask 2–3 times a week. After the first month of intensive therapy, use the device once or twice a month to maintain its beneficial effects.
