FIASCO is not just another board game. It is an educational adventure that teaches real-life survival skills in a fun and non-threatening way. Instead of fear or moralizing, FIASCO invites the whole family on a creative journey toward Calm Island, where every decision becomes a new story.
How is the game played?
Each player chooses a unique character (from 8 available – from a panda to an astronaut) and tries to reach Calm Island. Along the way, players face 40 extreme situations across four different environments:
City – emergency sirens, accidents, recognizing dangers
Home – fire prevention, electrical safety, first aid
War – evacuation, shelters, psychological resilience
Nature – navigation, shelter, food and water search
When faced with a situation, players must come up with a creative solution to survive – but here lies the double challenge. Not only must you invent a solution, you must also convince the other players and the narrator that your idea is the best. Fourteen condition cards further complicate each scenario, creating nearly endless combinations.
