Very small hand paddles that cover your fingers only. You can swim all four strokes with it. With these paddles you can swim very freely, it's almost like swimming with nothing, but will give you a little bit of extra resistance on your fingers and will help you to place your fingers properly in the water and to drive your stroke from the tip of your finger.
