Marine collagen (from fish); maltodextrin; MSM (methylsulphonylmethane); acidity regulator (citric acid); glucosamine sulphate 2KCl; L-proline; magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid); flavourings; calcium (calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid); microencapsulated fish oil MEG-3™ 30% B POWDER [60% refined fish oil; gelatin; acidity regulators (sodium ascorbate, citric acid); rapeseed oil; flavour; antioxidant (tocopherols); sunflower oil]; acidity regulator (malic acid); beetroot juice concentrate; chondroitin sulphate; vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); sweetener (sucralose); sodium hyaluronate; black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) [95% piperine].

Suggested use:
Dissolve one serving of the product - 15 g (2.5 spoonfuls) in 200 ml of water. Take 1 serving per day, preferably 30 minutes before meals.
