KNYGA Michael, MD, PhD Nehls The Conspiracy Against Lithium

What if the missing piece in our mental health crisis isn’t a new drug—but a forgotten nutrient? One whose absence fuels a quiet catastrophe in the minds of millions—eroding emotional resilience, independent thought, and even our capacity for democratic life. In this bold and eye-opening book, physician and molecular geneticist Dr. Michael Nehls reveals that lithium, long dismissed as a psychiatric drug, is an essential trace element—vital for brain health, emotional stability, and social cohesion. And yet, most people today are chronically deficient in this crucial element. Nehls presents six independent lines of scientific evidence proving lithium’s necessity. He shows how deficiency of lithium contributes to depression, Alzheimer’s, aggression, suicide, and societal breakdown—while the element itself remains banned or suppressed as a supplement in much of the world. Instead, children and adults alike are prescribed high-risk medications that mask symptoms but ignore the root cause. Inside The Conspiracy Against Lithium you’ll discover: • Why lithium is crucial for memory, emotional balance, and brain regeneration • The newly identified Lithiome: over 265 biological processes that rely on lithium • How microdoses (as little as 1 mg/day) can reduce inflammation, stress, and anxiety—even when conventional treatments fail • The transport systems that prove lithium’s biological necessity • Who profits from denying its role—and why that matters The Conspiracy Against Lithium is more than a health book—it’s a scientific manifesto. It challenges a system that profits off illness and calls for a treatment aligned with biology, evolution, and human dignity. Most urgently, it asks: Can democracy survive if our capacity for resilience, reason, and resistance is chemically eroded? This book will change how you think—about your mind, your body, and your freedom.
