Thermo Graphite Adhesive is a one-component, low-expansion polyurethane foam specially developed for the demanding bonding of grey (graphite) polystyrene and decorative elements. Thanks to its unique formulation, it ensures an extremely strong bond even for materials that have a higher thermal expansion and specific surface. The foam retains excellent structure and stability even at lower temperatures from +5 °C.

Excellent insulation and wide adhesion
In addition to superior bonding, Thermo Graphite also offers exceptional sound insulation properties (58-60 dB attenuation), which significantly increases living comfort. The adhesive has excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates - from conventional concrete, plaster and masonry to wood, unplastered PVC or even modified asphalt strips. This makes it ideal for dealing with complex details within insulation systems.

Efficient installation without thermal bridges
As part of certified insulation systems, ETICS helps eliminate thermal bridges and speeds up the construction process. The low-expansion formulation prevents the insulation boards from being pushed away from the vertical structures, ensuring a perfectly flat façade surface. One container has a high yield and can fix up to 14 graphite boards.
