MULTIVITAMIN FOR MEN contains vitamins C, E and riboflavin, which help protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamins A, D, B6 and B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, magnesium helps to maintain electrolyte balance and zinc helps to maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood. The product is enriched with L-arginine, Korean ginseng extract, DAA and taurine.

[L-arginine HCl; magnesium (magnesium oxide); Korean ginseng (Panax ginseng) extract [10% ginsenosides]; D-aspartic acid; taurine; zinc (zinc oxide)]; capsule shell [gelatin] B / [glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)] C; MULTIVITAMIN COMPLEX [vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid); maltodextrin; niacin (nicotinic acid amide); vitamin E (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate); pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride); riboflavin; thiamine (thiamine mononitrate); vitamin A (retinyl acetate); folic acid (pteroyl monoglutamic acid); biotin (D-biotin); vitamin D (cholecalciferol); vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).

Recommended daily allowance:
2 capsules.

Suggested use:
Take 1 capsule with 300 ml of water twice daily, preferably with meals.
Do not use for more than 3 months.
