Extrifit Iontex Forte 600 g - cherry

Iontex ® Forte is a highly formulated ionic and regenerative drink for replenishing minerals, vitamins and energy during and after sports performance. The amount of minerals and vitamins is optimally adjusted according to the daily recommended doses. The energy source is taurine and a carbohydrate matrix containing palatinose (IsomaltuloseTM). The energy is thus ideally released. Iontex ® Forte can be drunk during sporting activities of various kinds - both during exercise in the fitness centre and during endurance training or any other physical activity. It is particularly suitable for sports that are longer in duration or where there is a greater loss of fluid through perspiration. - Take 20 minutes before and during training - the drink is intended for direct consumption - Individuals with lower body weight and/or lower exercise intensity: 1 dose = 20 g - Individuals with higher body weight and/or higher exercise intensity: 1 dose = 40 g - dilution for hypotonic drink: dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 450 - 600 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg) - dilution for isotonic drink: dissolve 20 g (1 scoop) in 350 ml of water (osmolality in the range 275 - 305 mOsm/kg) - dilution for hypotonic drink: dissolve 40 g (2 scoops) in 850 - 1000 ml of water (osmolality less than 250 mOsm/kg) - dilution for isotonic drink: dissolve 40 g (2 scoops) in 700 ml (osmolality in the range 275 - 305 mOsm/kg) - maximum daily dose: 4 scoops Average energy and nutrient content: 40 g 20 g Energy value 550 kJ / 131 kcal 275 kJ / 66 kcal Fat 0.1 g 0.1 g - of which saturates 0 g 0 g Carbohydrates 29 g 15 g - of which sugars 26 g 13 g Fibre 0,1 g 0,1 g Protein 0 g 0 g Salt 0,75 g 0,38 g Content of active ingredients: Mineral Matrix 40 g (% RHP) 20 g (% RHP) Phosphorus (potassium dihydrogen phosphate) 140 mg (20 %) 70 mg (10 %) Magnesium (magnesium citrate) 150 mg (40 %) 70 mg (20 %) Sodium (sodium citrate and sodium chloride) 300 mg 150 mg Potassium (potassium citrate, potassium dihydrogen phosphate) 400 mg (20 %) 200 mg (10 %) Calcium (calcium lactate) 160 mg (20 %) 80 mg (10 %) Chlorides (sodium chloride) 160 mg (20 %) 80 mg (10 %) Vitamin Matrix Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) 1,1 mg (100 %) 0,6 mg (50 %) Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 1,4 mg (100 %) 0,7 mg (50 %) Vitamin B3 (niacinamide) 16 mg (100 %) 8 mg (50 %) Vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) 6 mg (100 %) 3 mg (50 %) Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 1,4 mg (100 %) 0,7 mg (50 %) Biotin 50 mcg (100 %) 25 mcg (50 %) Folic acid 200 mcg (100 %) 100 mcg (50 %) Vitamin B12 2,5 mcg (100 %) 1,25 mcg (50 %) Vitamin C 80 mg (100 %) 40 mg (50 %) Vitamin E 12 mg (100 %) 6 mg (50 %) Energy source Dextrose 25 231 mg 12 616 mg Maltodextrin 3 600 mg 1 800 mg Palatinose 2 000 mg 1 000 mg Taurine 500 mg 250 mg Free amino acids RHP - reference intake value (formerly recommended daily allowance) - Active ingredients: dextrose, maltodextrin, palatinose (isomaltulose), magnesium citrate, calcium lactate, potassium citrate, sodium citrate, taurine, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, vitamin C, vitamin B3, vitamin E, vitamin B5, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B1, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12 - additives: citric acid (acidity regulator), beta carotene colour (for orange flavour), chlorophyll colour (for apple flavour), beetroot colour (for cherry and raspberry flavour), flavouring, sucralose (sweetener) Store in a dry place at a temperature below 25 °C, carefully sealed, protect from direct sunlight and from frost.
