Extrifit CFM Instant Whey 80 1000 g - strawberry

The basis of CFM Instant Whey 80 protein is the highest quality raw material available, namely CFM native whey protein concentrate. It is an instant (easily soluble) protein obtained from whey by the most modern production method - CFM microfiltration (cross-flow microfiltration). This method of production takes place cold on ceramic filters and is the most gentle way of whey protein production. How is CFM Instant Whey 80 better?

A huge benefit is the preservation of all protein fractions (see composition below for a detailed breakdown). In addition, we have added a complex of seven enzymes for perfect protein digestion and protein incorporation into muscle mass. These enzymes are papain, alpha-amylase, bromelain, lactase, cellulase, neutral protease and lipase. The combination of sucralose and a sweetener of natural origin from the stevia plant creates a perfectly balanced sweet taste! CFM Instant Whey 80 is available in 13 delicious flavours. The fruit variants contain real, dried fruit (so no chemicals) and the taste makes a huge difference! We dare to say that CFM Instant Whey 80 tastes the best of all. The flavour is full, bold and the drink is wonderfully creamy. The protein content is a superb 75% for this type of product! In addition to the great composition, this product is popular due to its easy and trouble-free preparation - it is perfectly soluble, does not dust and does not form lumps. About the native CFM protein used: CFM is a natural, non-chemical process of producing whey protein of the highest quality, filtered on a special, technologically advanced ceramic cross-flow filter, which is able to filter out all unwanted components (such as fat, lactose,...) and isolate pure (virgin) whey protein, preserving all valuable microfractions such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptides and lactoferrin. All without the use of chemicals or solvents. CFM is the most environmentally friendly protein production method in existence because the raw material is not subjected to any degrading processes such as high pressure, temperature, ions or hydroxides. It merely passes spontaneously by its own weight through ceramic filters. As a result, the final whey protein is intact = untouched by anything or anyone = virgin protein. Its structure, protein composition, smell, colour and taste are natural, unaffected and unchanged by anything, remaining in its original, so-called native form.
