Extrifit BCAA Instant 300g - apple

A typical characteristic of BCAA Instant is the slightly bitter taste of the drink. How is this possible? The bitter taste is characteristic of products with a very high BCAA content. Note that one scoop, which weighs 6.5 g, contains a full 5 g of pure BCAAs! With other brands, you often won't even find half of the BCAAs in a scoop. In short, Extrifit® has made the ultimate instant BCAAs - without sugars, fat or any substitutes! About BCAA amino acids BCAAs - the branched chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine - are classified as essential (indispensable) amino acids and are found directly in muscle tissue, where they can be used as an important source of energy for muscle work or as building blocks for muscle mass formation. BCAA amino acids are commonly found in the diet, so they are completely natural to the human body. The optimal ratio is 2 : 1 : 1 The ratio of 2 : 1 : 1 corresponds to the physiological need and representation of BCAAs in animal proteins, which are considered to be the highest quality to support muscle growth and protection. A higher ratio of leucine (e.g. 8 : 1 : 1) may not result in a higher utilization of leucine and may even interfere with the utilization of other BCAAs, as Wolf's law of excess essential amino acids applies ("the intake of any essential amino acid in large excess interferes with the metabolism of other amino acids and amplifies the effects of the limiting amino acid"). Thus, a ratio of 2 : 1 : 1 is optimal for maximum BCAA utilization. Achieving the maximum effects of BCAAs The correct timing of BCAA intake, as well as the form in which you take the BCAAs, is crucial to the effect of BCAAs. It is also possible to take BCAAs during the day, for example during a workout, but the basic use is around training time. And that's when you need a form of BCAAs that will be absorbed as quickly as possible and also won't burden your digestive system. For this purpose, BCAA Instant are ideal. From the drink, the free branched amino acids are perfectly absorbed, are almost immediately available for the muscles and at the same time you still supply the body with the necessary fluids in the form of a tasty drink.
