Microsoft Autopilot Pre-provisioning + Ready-to-use Clean Image

This service is the most complete Autopilot deployment option in the portfolio. It combines a Microsoft Windows Ready-to-use Clean Image installation with Microsoft Autopilot registration and pre-provisioning, giving the customer a clean, standardized, and deployment-ready device before it is delivered to the end user.

• Clean Microsoft Windows installation based on an original Microsoft image
• The latest available Windows updates
• Required drivers and firmware updates
• Microsoft Autopilot Registration – the device is registered in the customer’s Windows Autopilot environment before delivery
• Pre-provisioning so that applications, policies, and configurations can be delivered in advance

Requirements

• Active network connectivity
• Access to the customer tenant
• Microsoft Entra ID
• Microsoft Intune or another supported device management solution that supports Windows Autopilot
• Completed Autopilot onboarding process with the necessary permissions approved before the first order

Service process
As part of the service process, the device is powered on , basic functionality is verified , and the pre-provisioning workflow is completed before delivery.

Important notes

• The operating system language can be specified when ordering the service
• The Windows license is not included in the service price
• If the device is not supplied with a valid OEM Microsoft Windows license, a separate license must be provided

Lead time
The target lead time is 2–4 business days , depending on order size, provisioning complexity, and application scope.
