Build an extensive railway route, start the train and manage timber transport in your own railway sawmill!

This extensive electric train set with a sawmill allows children to create their own timber transport centre. The set includes an electric locomotive, three different wagons, over 450 cm of track, a sawmill building, a log-loading structure, a loader and numerous railway accessories.

Once assembled, the track layout measures approximately 161 × 126 cm. The tracks run through the sawmill area and beneath the loading structure, allowing wooden logs to be transported between different parts of the railway scene.

Electric Locomotive with Two Speed Settings

The orange locomotive moves independently along the correctly assembled tracks. Switches located on its body allow the train to be started and one of two speed settings – slower or faster – to be selected.

The locomotive can be connected to three different wagons, creating a long train ready to transport timber, liquid cargo and passengers. An additional attraction is the locomotive light, which illuminates while the train is moving.

The locomotive requires 2 × 1.5 V AAA batteries, which are not included.

Sawmill with a Loading Structure

The central feature of the set is the extensive sawmill with a ramp and a tall timber-loading structure. The movable grab allows children to lift wooden logs and place them on a wagon. They can organise deliveries, prepare timber for transport and send the loaded train along the route.

Operating the sawmill and organising railway transport encourage children to create their own stories, plan different tasks and take on a variety of roles.

Three Different Wagons

The locomotive can be connected to three wagons designed for different purposes:

• a log wagon for transporting timber,
  
• a tanker wagon for role-playing the transport of liquid cargo,
  
• a passenger carriage that adds variety to the train.

The wagons can be connected to the locomotive and arranged in any order to create a customised train for each journey.

Loader with a Movable Lifting Mechanism

The set includes a yellow loader equipped with a movable lifting mechanism. The vehicle helps lift, move and prepare wooden logs for loading. Children can use it to organise work around the sawmill and handle the transported goods efficiently.

The set also includes a truck with a trailer, which can be used to transport timber away from the tracks.

Over 450 cm of Track

The 22 track sections can be connected to create an extensive layout with a total length of over 450 cm. The route includes curves, straight sections and branches leading towards the sawmill.

The large track layout provides plenty of space for creative play and allows children to arrange trees, signs, lamps, barriers and vehicles in different locations. Assembling the railway helps develop spatial imagination, logical thinking and manual dexterity.
