This wooden musical instrument set is designed for music-making, rhythm games and discovering different sounds. Each instrument produces a different tone, giving children plenty of ways to experiment, copy rhythms and create their own simple music.

The set includes:

wooden xylophone with colourful metal bars and two mallets,
tambourine with metal jingles,
metal triangle with a striker,
two wooden maracas,
wooden guiro with a scraping stick,
wooden wind instrument resembling a simple horn or whistle.

Each instrument can be used in a different way. Children can play simple tunes on the xylophone, tap or shake the tambourine to keep a beat, and use the maracas for rhythm games and movement activities.

The triangle produces a clear metallic sound when struck with the included striker. The guiro creates a distinctive scraping sound when the stick is moved along its ridged surface. The wind instrument allows children to experiment with producing sounds using their breath.

The set is well suited to shared play. Children can organise a small home concert, copy rhythms played by an adult, accompany favourite songs, create their own sound sequences or give each person a different instrument and form a little band.

The instruments are made mainly from wood and feature a soft, vintage-inspired colour palette.
