ABOUT THE COFFEE

Coffee from the Tolima region, which we added to our offer immediately after the very first spoon. It is highly complex and juicy, with a lot of yellow fruit and a very thick body. It lingers on the tongue for a long time, and even though it has a very simple, classic profile, it has that certain "something" that takes you by surprise. It is a very smooth and balanced coffee that wraps you in notes of white chocolate right from the first sip. After a moment, sweet yellow fruits—peach and mango—come to the fore, while a fresh, orange finish completes the experience. Everything is right where it belongs, creating a harmonious and exceptionally enjoyable cup of coffee.
