Grąžtas Den Braven DENBRAVEN Thermo kleber WOOD gun 750 ml

Specialist in wooden buildings and board materials Thermo Kleber WOOD adhesive is a one-component, low-expansion polyurethane foam that has been specifically developed for the demanding bonding of thermal insulation materials (EPS, EPS-P, XPS, etc.) to wood substrates. It is the ideal choice for mounting insulation on wood products such as OSB, but also on specific cement fibre and gypsum fibre systems. Wide compatibility with professional systems This adhesive foam excels in its extreme adhesion to modern dry construction materials. It is fully compatible with leading manufacturers' boards such as Cetris, Fermacell gypsum fibre boards and Lafarge LaPlura special boards. Thanks to its low-expansion formula, the adhesive does not change its volume during curing, which guarantees the stability and precision of the entire construction without the risk of slab extrusion. Maximum efficiency and time saving Thermo Kleber WOOD significantly speeds up the construction schedule. Sanding and anchoring of the insulation boards is possible as early as 2 hours after gluing, allowing multiple work steps to be completed in a single day. One box has a high yield and can fix up to 14 pieces of polystyrene boards, reducing costs and waste on site. Key benefits: Targeted development: maximum adhesion to OSB, wood and wood-based materials. Compatibility: ideal for Cetris, Fermacell and Lafarge LaPlura systems. High speed: Sanding and anchoring of boards in as little as 2 hours after application. High Yield: up to 14 insulation boards (EPS/XPS) can be glued per container. Low expansion: Stable joint without deformation and material extrusion. Technical parameters: Pistol type of application. Suitable substrates: OSB, gypsum fibreboard, cement fibreboard, wood, solid wood. Anchoring possible after approx. 120 min. Yield: approx. 14 insulation boards per box.
