Durability when drilling in concrete - The SDS plus-3 Spiral Drill offers durability when drilling in concrete. The 4-groove Dura design prevents heating by ensuring efficient removal of the drill meal, increasing the drill's durability. The drill bit is made from high alloy steel manufactured using optimised hardening technology to reduce wear. Durability is further enhanced by the production of knurled cutting edges from an ideal carbide compound controlled by Bosch. The drill is designed for use with concrete and masonry and is used with drill hammers with the SDS plus clamping system. As proof of quality, the spiral drill bit carries the PGM Masonry Drill Bit Association Board's quality test mark, which guarantees compliance in the areas of severe deflection, precision drilling and tight fastening.
