Rugged, indestructible and ready for anything. The XT Di2 RD-M8250 12-speed mid and long cage derailleur from SHIMANO features all-new Di2 wireless shifting technology and an automatic impact recovery function - instantly returning the derailleur motor to its original position after an impact.
What doesn't hit can't break - the flat, wedge-shaped design of the new XTR derailleur prevents most flying rocks and bumps on the trail. And if an impact does occur, the shifter's smooth outer coating means it can slide off trail obstacles, preventing catastrophic damage. The automatic post-impact recovery feature instantly returns the derailleur motor to its original position after an impact, while the derailleur's wide-jointed design, durable skid plate construction, and solid pulleys ensure ruggedness and durability.
