Precise ergonomics


When cycling, the power of the legs is transmitted directly through the pedals at each revolution. The positioning of the pedals plays a decisive role in the efficiency of the power transfer. The sole of the foot must be positioned exactly above the axis of the pedal. In addition, when looking directly in front of or behind the rider, the pedal placement should form a line from the pedal axis across the knee to the hip.

TP1 facilitates specific orientation of your pedals with three basic settings. The first is the longitudinal orientation setting, the next is the Q-factor, and finally (with the exception of Speeedplay pedals) the foot angle.
