The P ZERO™ Race RS is the most powerful tire in our P ZERO™ Race line, available in both TLR and tubeless versions. It uses the latest technology developed in collaboration with professional racers from our World Tour teams, making it faster, lighter and grippier than the more versatile P ZERO™ Race. This leap in performance is made possible by the innovative SmartEVO2 rubber compound - Pirelli's most advanced compound that delivers exceptional grip and performance. The inner tube version of P ZERO™ Race RS achieves the best results when combined with our ultra-lightweight SmarTUBE TPU inner tube, which delivers superior performance and record low weight for the entire system.



The new P ZERO™ Race RS is manufactured at Pirelli's Italian plant in Milan and, thanks to its FSC® certified natural rubber content, offers unrivalled quality and superior performance.

TECHNOLOGY



SmartEVO2 rubber compound

The new SmartEVO2 compound represents the latest advancement in high-performance racing rubber, perfected by incorporating Pirelli's experience of motorsport at the highest level and the demands of modern World Tour racing. Developed from a SmartEVO blend of three polymers with 'smart' properties, it uses new materials and innovative compounding processes now possible at Pirelli's own production plant in Italy, located close to Pirelli's global research and development centre. This has resulted in improved overall grip, particularly on wet surfaces, and a reduction in rolling resistance to record levels for its category. The performance and handling feel of the bike is raised to the level demanded by the fastest World Tour riders.



TechBELT

High-performance braid structure with an added layer of high puncture-resistant fabric under the tread to allow the jacket to provide excellent puncture resistance in a wide range of conditions. The combination of this layer and the skeleton layers of the braid allows for the most effective rolling resistance and weight parameters for this structure to be achieved for use with the inner tube.
