Peaty's Link Lube was developed in the lab and tested directly on the race track.
This ultra high speed oil has a minty fresh scent, is triple distilled and is suitable for all weather conditions.
The unique blend of oils and waxes can penetrate deep between chain links and repels moisture and dirt.
Yes, it does! Peaty's Link Lube actually cleans your chain as you ride!
How to apply correctly:
1. Clean the cassette, chain, derailleur pulleys and derailleur thoroughly.
For best results, use Peaty's Drivetrain Degreaser.
2. After degreasing, wash everything thoroughly with clean water (residue from the degreaser would destroy the new layer of lubricant).
3. Dry the chain thoroughly with a clean cloth.
4. Shake the bottle properly to mix all the secret ingredients thoroughly.
5. Apply the lubricant evenly along the length of the chain.
6. Turn the handles several times to get the lubricant deeper into the chain.
7. Finally, wipe off any excess lubricant from the chain with a clean cloth (on excess
would catch dust unnecessarily).
Tips:
1. For better and longer protection in wet weather, leave a little more lubricant on the chain.
2. The first time you apply it to a chain you are already using, you may find that your chain turns black. This is the work of LinkLube,
which pushes dirt out of the depths of the chain as you drive. Keep riding, degreasing, lubricating,
until your chain is shiny and clean again!
Note: Avoid staining brake discs and pads when applying LinkLube!
