DJI Care Refresh for DJI Osmo Pocket 4P (2-year plan)

DJI Care Refresh is a service package that allows you to replace a damaged product with a new one for a fee. It covers damage caused even by the user. The service can be activated at any time—30 days after activating the device, you’ll need to send a verification video to DJI. The total service duration, including renewals, is 3 years, which means up to 6 replacements! See below for more information.

DJI Osmo Pocket 4P

For the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P, the replacement cost under DJI Care Refresh is 219 PLN. DJI Care Refresh (annual plan) provides two replacements. DJI Care Refresh (2-year plan) provides four replacements.*

*If you report an incident directly to the manufacturer, the replacement cost may vary depending on the current exchange rate.

Warranty Extension Option

DJI Care Refresh also offers additional benefits. If you own a DJI Mavic 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine, DJI Mini 2 SE, DJI RS 3 Mini, DJI Mini 3, DJI Mavic 3 Classic, Osmo Mobile 6, Osmo Mobile SE, Osmo Action 3, DJI Avata, DJI RS 3, DJI RS 3 Pro, DJI Mini 3 Pro, DJI Mavic 3, DJI Mavic 3 Cine, or DJI Action 2, and you do not use the replacement option even once during the service period, your warranty will be extended for an additional year as a reward.

How do I activate DJI Care Refresh?

1. Go to the website https://support.dji.com/care/active .

2. During the activation process, enter your Care Refresh code, the device’s serial number (located directly on the product), and your personal information (first and last name, email address).

3. The service will be activated and automatically assigned to the appropriate region. You’ll receive confirmation of your DJI Care Refresh activation via email.

Accident—what next?

The procedure in the event of an accident is very simple. All you need to do is report the damage and send the damaged equipment to the DJI warranty service center—be sure to note that you have DJI Care Refresh coverage. Once you receive the repair estimate, decide whether to proceed with the repair or opt for a replacement under the service. If you choose the latter, pay the applicable amount—you’ll receive your replacement equipment on a priority basis. What’s more, if you’re located in the same region where the service plan was purchased, the manufacturer will cover the shipping costs!

1. Report the defect and send the camera to the DJI service center in Germany, noting that you have DJI Care Refresh.

2. Once you receive the repair estimate, decide whether you want to proceed with the repair or prefer a replacement under DJI Care Refresh.

3. After selecting the DJI Care Refresh option, pay for the replacement—you’ll then receive another unit or new replacement parts, such as a gimbal, camera, or propellers.

4. The replacement product will be delivered to you via priority shipping with free shipping.

What is not covered by DJI Care Refresh?

1) Lost or partially lost equipment.

2) Stolen or abandoned products.

3) Additional accessories.

4) Intentional loss of the product.

5) Damage to the casing that does not affect the product’s functionality.

6) Direct or indirect damage caused by force majeure.

7) Defects that occur after the DJI Care Refresh coverage period has expired.

8) Additional fees related to model upgrades or performance enhancements.

9) Malfunctions resulting from modifications that do not comply with the recommendations in the user manual or from the use of incompatible batteries and chargers.

10) Defects resulting from the use of unauthorized accessories, batteries, or software.

You can extend your DJI Care Refresh coverage for up to 3 years. To do so, purchase an additional annual plan.

• With the DJI Care Refresh annual plan, you can extend your coverage twice by purchasing two consecutive annual plans: annual plan + annual plan + annual plan.

• For the 2-year DJI Care Refresh plan, you can extend your coverage only once by purchasing one additional annual plan: 2-year plan + annual plan.

Note: It is not possible to extend coverage by purchasing another 2-year plan.

To extend coverage, the following conditions must be met:

• Purchase a DJI Care Refresh plan in one of the following options: DJI Care Refresh annual plan / DJI Care Refresh 2-year plan / DJI Care Refresh annual plan and DJI Care Refresh+ / DJI Care Refresh annual plan and an additional annual plan (renewal).

• The validity period of the purchased DJI Care Refresh service has not yet expired or expired within the last 15 days.
