USE
Twist off the lid. Shake. And then just shoot! Blow one volley into the armpit from 15 cm to stop the sweating, but keep the ants off you for a mile.

PRO TIP: The earlier you splash before exercise, the better. If you send it in while you're in the locker room, the ingredients won't have enough time to start working out before you do.
