he Creality Falcon A1C 5W with AI Camera is a compact, fully enclosed laser engraver designed for everyday engraving and creative projects. This purple-grey version includes a built-in HD camera for camera-assisted positioning, material recognition and intelligent layout functions. True autofocus and a smart lifting platform simplify setup across a 150 × 150 mm engraving area, with a maximum processing height of 148 mm. 5W Diode Module for Everyday Engraving

This configuration includes the 5W blue diode laser module, which Creality recommends for everyday engraving, light creative projects and basic DIY work. The 5W module can be used for engraving materials including wood, bamboo, paper, cork, cardboard, rock, leather, glass and fabric. The laser module can be changed without tools. Falcon A1C also supports the optional 10W diode module for projects that require stronger cutting performance. The 10W module is sold separately.

AI Camera-Assisted Positioning

The built-in HD camera supports camera-assisted positioning and material recognition. The work area is displayed in Falcon Design Space, allowing designs to be positioned directly over the visible material before engraving. AI Smart Fill & Layout automatically detects identical materials and applies an optimized arrangement for batch engraving. This can make batch engraving up to 60% faster.

True Autofocus and Smart Lifting Platform

True autofocus removes the need to set the focal distance manually. After the material has been positioned, the machine automatically adjusts the platform to the required processing height. Falcon A1C provides a 150 × 150 mm engraving area and supports a maximum processing height of 148 mm. Suitable applications include keychains, coasters, nameplates, small gifts and other compact desktop projects.

Stable and Detailed Engraving

Falcon A1C reaches a maximum working speed of up to 15,000 mm/min. Its rigid structural design is intended to reduce vibration during operation, while precise and smooth movement supports cleaner and more consistent engraved lines. The fine laser spot of the diode module is designed to produce sharper lines and more refined details on compatible materials.

Fully Enclosed Class 1 Design

Falcon A1C has a fully enclosed Class 1 design that blocks harmful laser exposure while keeping the working area visible. Protective glasses are not required during normal use in the fully enclosed configuration. Integrated safety functions include smart flame detection, tilt protection and a USB safety lock.

Software and Multi-Device Control

Falcon A1C can be operated through Falcon Design Space on a Windows or macOS computer or through the mobile app. It supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB connectivity and is also compatible with LightBurn. Falcon Design Space provides an interface with real-time preview, while the mobile and desktop options allow projects to be prepared and controlled across different devices.

Optional Accessories and Maintenance

Optional accessories include rotary kits for cylindrical and round objects, an air purifier, an exhaust fan and a flexible fixture for irregularly shaped objects. The quick-release fan design is intended to make routine cleaning and maintenance easier.
